  1. Failed! You have got too many steps. Amateur cooking. 1st of all your steak will be tough if you finish it off with another high heat sear. Rather You should finish off by spooning melted butter with rosemary and fresh garlic over the meat. Then rest the meat for about 5-10 minutes or so to ensure the meat is evenly cooked. You have just wasted a good piece of tomahawk ribeye. Nothing really wrong to grill on cask iron pan but quality steak like that should be grilled on open fire. That is my opinion.
